Classes

Our small-group reformer classes are intentionally limited to four clients per session, allowing for personalized attention within a supportive, shared experience. Classes are thoughtfully designed to build strength, refine movement, and support long-term progress at a sustainable pace.

Class Styles

We offer a wide range of class styles throughout the week, from classical Pilates to more dynamic, athletic formats. Classes vary in pace, focus, and intensity, allowing you to choose what best supports your body and goals on any given day.

Our group classes are designed for all experience levels. New clients are welcomed and supported, and returning practitioners will find opportunities to refine technique, build strength, and progress thoughtfully over time.

Class Programming

  • A high-energy jump board cardio class designed for 45 minutes of continuous, heart-pumping movement. Expect fast-paced intervals, coordination challenges, and full-body burn.

    Class Level: Intermediate-Advanced (Dynamic & Energizing)

    Intensity: Full-Body Power & Flow

    Where power meets precision.

  • A method-based class rooted in the original Pilates repertoire and principles. Refine technique, learn intelligent modifications, and move with precision, strength, and control.

    Ideal for every mover, whether beginning or deepening their Pilates practice. A class you’ll return to — mastery is built through practice.

  • A resistance-based reformer class designed to strengthen and sculpt every major muscle group.

    You’ll combine Pilates precision with progressive resistance training for a challenging, results-driven session that builds endurance and total-body power.

  • A progressive reformer class designed specifically for teens who have completed our Strongish® program. Build strength, coordination, and body awareness through controlled resistance, thoughtful sequencing, and full-body movement in a supportive, confidence-building environment. Designed to encourage consistency, independence, and healthy movement habits as teens continue to grow into their Pilates practice.

    Class Level: Teen (Strongish® graduates or teens working 1:1 with a Strongish® instructor)

    Intensity: Dynamic & Strength-Focused

New to Pilates?

For your safety and for the flow of our classes, previous pilates experience or a few private sessions is required prior to joining classes.

Once you’re ready to take class, we encourage beginning with Classical Pilates classes which focus on form and fundamentals first and foremost.

Lexy's powerhouse was no joke. Loved her instruction -- creative movements, straight to business, and attention to everyone's form.

This studio is one I highly recommend because everyone is so kind and supportive.

As someone new to Pilates, Instructor Paige has been SO helpful with my improvements. She makes class fun and exciting.
